Laser Cutting Services

Our laser cutting system offers high precision and excellent edge quality for acrylic, plastics, and thin composite materials.

Diamond Polishing – Acrylic Finishing

We offer diamond edge polishing for acrylic materials up to 25 mm thick, delivering a crystal-clear, professional finish. For curved acrylic parts, we provide flame polishing as an alternative.

Line Bending & Plastic Folding

Our 5-zone line bender supports plastic folding up to 2500 mm wide, ideal for producing crisp, consistent bends in acrylic, polycarbonate, and PVC materials.

5-Axis Hotwire CNC Cutting – Polystyrene

Our 5-axis CNC hotwire cutting system is perfect for creating large-scale props, signage, and sculptural forms from expanded polystyrene (EPS).
